Right of Withdrawal

13.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods.

13.2. If the Seller has not fulfilled the obligation to provide information regarding the existence, methods, and timing of the return or collection of the goods in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, as required by Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal period is extended to 12 (twelve) months from the end of the initial withdrawal period and starts from the date the goods are received by the Consumer.

13.3. Should the Buyer decide to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify the Seller by email at info@bikearmor.it or by using the contact form available on the returns page. For the purpose of exercising the right of withdrawal, returning the purchased goods within the stated period may replace the need to send a separate communication. The date of delivery to the post office or courier will serve as proof between the Parties.

13.4. The goods must in any case be returned no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt. In order to be entitled to a full refund, the goods must be returned intact, and the film kit must not have been applied to the motorcycle or removed from its backing sheet.

13.5. The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts involving the purchase of sealed audiovisual products or software that have been opened, as well as goods made to measure or clearly customized, or those that by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, newspapers, periodicals, and magazines, and goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market that are beyond the Seller’s control, as provided by Article 55 of the Consumer Code.

13.6. The only expenses borne by the Consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal under this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the Supplier.

13.7. The Supplier will refund the entire amount paid by the Buyer, excluding shipping and, if applicable, cash-on-delivery payment collection costs, free of charge within 30 (thirty) days from receiving the notice of withdrawal.

13.8. Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice from the Buyer, the Parties to this contract are released from their mutual obligations, without prejudice to the provisions outlined in the previous points of this article.
