Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via express courier to ensure fast and trackable delivery.
📦 Delivery Times
- Italy: 1–2 business days (2–3 days for Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, and remote areas).
- European Union: 3–5 business days.
- Outside the EU: 5–10 business days depending on the destination.
ℹ️ Customs Information (Non-EU Countries)
If you're ordering from a country outside the European Union, please note that customs duties or local taxes may be applied by your local authorities upon delivery.
These charges are not included in the total order amount and are entirely beyond our control.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.
⏰ When Will It Arrive?
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the package. It doesn’t have to be your home—an office or workplace is perfectly fine.
📦 Delivery Attempts
The courier will make two delivery attempts. If both fail, the package will be held at the local depot, and additional fees may apply to release it from storage.
📉 Possible Delays
Mostarda Srl is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, but we will always do our best to assist you and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
📦 Delivery Check
Upon delivery, we strongly recommend inspecting the condition of the package. If you notice any visible damage (open envelope, package resealed with different tape, tears, etc.), sign with reservation and clearly describe the issue.
If the package is signed without reservation, we will not be able to accept claims for damage caused during transit.
Any issues or product defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, based on the courier’s proof of delivery, using our contact form.
We will not be able to accept claims or returns for issues reported after this period.
